Explore Career Opportunities and Network with Employers at the Publishing & Advertising Industry Showcase!
This Industry Showcase is designed to help you discover career paths and connect with 4-7 employers working in print and digital publishing, content creation, creative marketing, ad tech, and more.
This exploratory event begins with short employer presentations, where representatives will offer insights into each organization’s work, highlight industry skills, share the recruitment process, and promote open roles.
Following the panel, an open networking session will allow you to connect directly with employer representatives and alums—ask questions, make connections, and build your network!
Event Schedule:
- Employer Presentations: 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Networking: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Eligibility:
Undergraduate students and alumni of the following Columbia University schools are invited to attend:
- Columbia College
- Columbia Engineering (Undergraduate)
- School of General Studies
- Barnard College

What is an industry showcase? Industry showcases are exploratory networking events designed around topics that reflect student interests and industry trends. Featuring four to eight employers as a cross-section of a particular industry, a showcase is an opportunity to learn about the pathways in a particular field and to connect directly with a select group of employers.
